About Focus on Kids Hope Foundation

Focus on Kids Hope Foundation is a non-profit, community-based organization operating in Sierra Leone, dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children through Education and Child-Centred Health Interventions. The Foundation addresses critical gaps that limit children’s access to learning opportunities and basic healthcare, particularly in underserved and high-risk communities.

Sierra Leone continues to face significant challenges related to child poverty, school dropout rates, and limited access to essential health services. Focus on Kids Hope Foundation was established to respond directly to these challenges by delivering practical, community-driven solutions that protect children’s well-being and invest in their long-term development.

Our Aim

To give hope to children in need by addressing the root causes of poverty, neglect, and limited access to basic services, while empowering them to become confident and productive members of society.

Our Objectives

1. To increase access to quality education for vulnerable and disadvantaged children by supporting school enrolment, attendance, and learning resources.

2. To improve child health and well-being through access to basic healthcare services, health education, and preventive interventions.

3. To reduce school dropout rates by addressing financial, health, and social barriers that prevent children from completing their education.
